Terms & Conditions
Payments
– Monthly payments are taken via Direct Debit – The first payment is taken when you sign up – Ongoing payments are collected on the 1st of each month – Cover begins once your first payment has been received
Callouts & Response Times
– Unlimited call-outs are included (no diagnostic fee) – We aim to attend urgent issues within 24 hours (often same day) – Planned or follow-up work is prioritised for care plan customers
What’s Covered
– Labour is included for call-outs and repairs where stated – Annual boiler servicing is included (level depends on plan) – CP12 certification is included where applicable
What’s Not Covered
– Parts and materials required for repairs – Electrical work (excluding heating controls) – Drainage or plumbing (unless included in your plan) – Bathroom fixtures (baths, basins, toilets etc.) – Damage caused by misuse, neglect or DIY attempts
Repairs & System Condition
– Repairs identified during diagnostics are not automatically included – If your system is deemed beyond economical repair, we may recommend replacement – Continued cover may not be possible if recommended upgrades are declined
Cancellation
– You can cancel your plan at any time – No cancellation fees apply – Cover remains active until the end of your paid month
Plan Changes
– You can upgrade or amend your plan at any time – No fees for making changes — just contact us
Missed Payments
– Cover may be suspended if payments are missed – Service will resume once payments are up to date

Fab service with ignis plumb ltd, phoned him on Monday morning he came out at a time convenient to us Monday night and advised us that he would try to order a part for boiler however it was an old boiler and may need to be replaced, we decided to go ahead with new boiler which he organised ordered and was fitted Friday morning! Great communication on boiler suited to my needs and professional service from start to finish.

We originally called Jake out when our boiler stopped working. He was very responsive and arrived when he said he would. We then decided to update our boiler including moving it to a different location, repiping and replacing all of our radiators. Jake and his colleagues are very friendly and reliable. He has a 'can do' attitude and is happy to explain and talk through all the details especially in a job that ended up being more complicated than initially thought. Contacted Ignis for a long overdue boiler service. Turned out to be too overdue and it died.
The blow was lessened by Jake who ran through my options on repair or replacement. Opted for replacement and two days later my new Worcester boiler was fully installed and I had fully functional central heating again.
Can't fault Ignis and Jake, as well as being a pleasant young fella, he's very good at what he does.
When he finished you would never know he had been, everything was cleaned up and spick and span.
Would definitely use Ignis again and recommend them to anyone looking for gas/plumbing/boiler work

What a great experience with Jake & his colleague (sorry I didn't get his name) We called them on spec due to an emergency leak & I cannot believe how lucky we have been to find them.
They were both super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to & even explained to me a non expert the finer details of plumbing and what they were doing.
It’s not easy to find someone you feel you can trust and I would definitely recommend Ignis Plumb to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Definitely a number I have saved for future use or to share if anyone asks me if I have a plumber I can recommend
