I’m proud to run Ignis Plumb as a veteran-owned, operated and staffed business, built on the values that shaped my service in the British Army: reliability, professionalism and attention to detail.
Before joining the Army, I studied plumbing at college and learned the foundations of the trade that I would later return to. I then spent nine years serving in the Guards Division, where I had the privilege of representing the British Army in the UK and overseas. During that time, I deployed on training exercises to Belize, Kenya and the United States, and completed an operational tour in Afghanistan.
The standards and discipline I developed during my service still shape how I run this business today. When I founded Ignis Plumb, my aim was simple — to provide a premium, dependable plumbing and central heating service that people across the North East can genuinely rely on.
Every job we take on is approached with care, pride and a commitment to doing things properly. For me, it’s about delivering high standards, being honest with customers and providing a service people feel confident recommending.
